Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (after discounts and before taxes).
Orders under $35 will be charged a flat shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@hamilco.com.  within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
